RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, please contact us within 15 days of original purchase with the following information:

• Your order or invoice number
• the reason for your return

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original labels in place.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged for a store credit. No refunds.

Sale items, special ordered items, customized/altered items are final sale. 

We are an independently owned, small boutique of hand-made goods and services. We delight in giving all our clients our time and expertise to shop and feel confident in their purchases.  We do not offer refunds for our goods and services, however we do offer exchanges. If you don't find anything (very rare, but it happens!) we will gladly issue a store credit towards a future purchase.
